The Gate Knows the Vehicle Before It Reaches the Pump.
Fueltronic integrates vehicle identification with controlled site access. The same licence-disc scan that authorises fuelling authorises entry, records exit and measures how long a vehicle spent on site.
Authorised entry
Vehicles are identified at the entrance and only authorised vehicles are allowed through, with boom and gate integration where installed.
Exit monitoring
Departures are recorded automatically, giving a complete arrival-and-departure record for every vehicle and every site.
Time-on-site measurement
The time between entry and exit is measured and reported, so standing time, turnaround and contractor hours are recorded rather than estimated.
Truck-stop and depot billing
For truck stops and depots that charge for site usage, measured time on site provides the record needed to bill each vehicle and operator accurately.
Access-control integration depends on the existing gate, boom and site infrastructure, confirmed during the needs assessment.
